Live Site Support Plan.  Contract support from Infolink for your customers’ sites through our 6-month and 12-month plans at reduced rates. Plans are per IC, not per site, which allows you to support multiple customers with a single plan.

Small Business Express

Small Business Express allows users to easily create and manage a professional quality website in a few minutes. Simply choose from a variety of professional templates, plug in your preferred interactive components from those available, click a button, and let the Small Business Express Software do the rest.

SBE is an excellent option for entry-level sites, from which you can upgrade to more robust Infolink products later.  In addition, it presents a great opportunity for consultants to generate recurring revenue by lowering the upfront investment and thein “leasing” the site to your customer over time.

Rush Services: For those projects which you need to have ready in a shorter time, we now make rush services available.  These services are mainly aimed at projects of types 1 & 2, and involve a surcharge to your production costs. Rush services reduce delivery by one third to one half of the regular delivery time for a project. Please refer to project types for regular time guidelines in our Intranet under My Project.

Project Analyst: Analysts will provide specialized help to ICs in gathering and analyzing requirements, conceptualizing and designing solutions and documenting design for the production center to use.  Analysts are native English speakers, trained in Infolink products and are there to support you with complex solutions Type III (please refer to Project Types within our Intranet.) This service can be obtained from Infolink on an hourly basis.Please consult rates in MAPS or in our intranet under Support Services.
